Moving an employee
If an employee changes site, you'll need to move their employee record to the new location and reconfigure their site access. This guide walks through finding the employee, removing their old access, moving the record, and granting access at the new site.
Finding the employee
Step
From the site inbox page, click the Switch to Manage Mode button.

Step
Click Employee records on the manage sidebar.

Step
Find the employee from the list and click on their name

Removing old access
If applicable or desired, you may want to remove the employee's existing access at their old site.
Step
From the employee record page, scroll down to the Site access section.

Step
Click the Edit button in the site access section.

Step
For the employee's old site(s), revoke their access by selecting the - option.

Step
When done, make sure to click Apply changes.

Changing the employee's location
Now it's time to move the employee record's location.
Step
Navigate back to the employee record and scroll up to the top of the page.
Step
Hit the Edit button in the top right.

Step
Scroll to the Located at section and move the record up to the highest common parent between the old and new site (e.g. your company's parent site/dashboard).

Step
Click Save employee at the bottom to return back to the employee record.

Step
Click the Edit button once again.
Scroll back down to the Located at section and move the employee to the correct location.

Step
Then click Save employee at the bottom of the page.

Reconfiguring employee access
Step
From the employee record page, scroll down to the Site access section.

Step
Hit the Edit button.

Step
Configure site access at the employee's new site. You can do this via the drop-down menu and can select either user or manager access.

If you have multiple sites, you can jump up a level to give access higher up your organisational hierarchy. Just click on the double up arrows next to the site name to give access to other sites, regions or your entire organisation.

Tip
If you have multiple sites and want someone to access all of them, give them access at the top level, and the access will cascade down. You can do this at a regional level too if your organisation is structured that way.
Step
When done, make sure to click Apply changes.
